A luxury yacht, with modern and captivating water lines, beautiful to see moored on the quay and majestic when cross a sea, very fast in all winds and manageable with reduced crew
With the 70 feet, we wanted to build a technologically advanced boat, with large comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces, easy to drive without sacrificing performance and safety, the cardinal principles of the shipyard.
Like all our yachts, the 70-footer is a semi-custom boat where the owner has wide possibilities for customization.
The boat, the current flagship of the shipyard, in standard configuration will have a layout with four cabins and aft kitchen area to make clean a space in the dinette. Separate crew cabin, connected directly with the kitchen, in an independent environment to not affect privacy of guests on board.
The new ICE YACHTS project pushes technicians, designers and engineers to work to obtain a non-extreme boat with great autonomy, a true blue water yacht suitable for facing a long distance sailing in total comfort and safety for crew and guests, the ideal boat for around the world cruise.
The generous dimensions ensure a remarkable interior space without complications for navigation with shallow waters or access to ports thanks to a Lifting Keel system that varies the draft from 2.70 meters to 4 meters.
On board there is also a cabin / studio equipped with a computer, printer and everything the owner needs to manage their business remotely.
Navigation will be facilitated by the latest generation of instruments and maneuvers assisted by electronics and hydraulics also of the latest generation in order not to fail in the concept of "easy sailing" which distinguishes each ICE product.

In the tender garage 3.8m rigid tender can be housed.
Exterior
Elegance
in the style choices, harmonious both internally and externally, in which classic and modern style elements are based, thus emphasizing exclusivity and re- finement.
Technology
in content, both on a design and construction level. The shipyard has made use of all its decades of experience, using excellent techniques and materials, such as the infusion for the pro- duction of composite parts, the extensive use of carbon fibers for the hull, deck, structu- res, ensuring great rigidity and high safety factors.

Performance
thanks to the shape of the hull characterized by a reduced wet surface and at the same time by a high form stability, thus ensuring fast and comfortable cruises and participation in long distance offshore races with emotions that are all to be lived.

Versatility:
Versatility of the interior layouts; ICE YACHTS gives the opportunity for optional customization of the interior furnishings. In fact, an ad hoc project for shapes, colours, and materials can be created in order to make your yacht truly unique.
Deck, Stern & Cockpit
The gaze as soon as you get on board is lost from the cockpit towards the bow with large spaces and an order that give the boat an incredible exclusivity. Stylistically, the deck is characterized by a squared, flat and slender deckhouse, with large double-layer glass windows, from which the light that illuminates the entire "raised" living room diffuses. The large cockpit stems from a thorough ergonomic and functional study, deep enough to provide safety and equipment, rationally arranged to facilitate the crew and helmsman. The primary winches and the ones of the mainsail are set back and easily accessible. The mainsail halyard runs below deck back to the cockpit and can be operated remaining di- rectly at the wheel. The hydraulic rams that tunes the backstay are folded into the garage. The primary goal was to achieve a visual cleaning of the deck.

Stern
The opening stern gives access to the large garage, where you can stow the 3 meters sails and numerous objects needed on board; the stern platform, flush on the water, allows an easy descent to the sea. The aft gangway is hydraulic and retractable.

Cockpit
The cockpit benches are wide and made even more comfor- table by the possibility of fixing water-repellent cushions made "by design", which can be removable and easily stowed in the garage, which also has two entrances from the cockpit.

In the cockpit, the general cleaning, the two aft lockers for the storage of the life rafts, the retractable toe rail, and the completely hidden recessed mainsail travel represent uni- que elements.

Always taking into account the mixed classic and hi-tech ma- terials, the carbon rudder columns, and the new instruments pods, which are specifically designed and shaped in order to follow the guidelines of the deckhouse, allow to ergono- mically locate all the electronic components that are now an integral part of every modern yacht.

It is interesting to consider all the machinery, such as the main engine, the bow, and stern truster, the anchor and mo- oring winch, all the hydraulic rams, including the one that operates the lifting keel, and the full deck lighting system can be operated from the console.
Interiors
The wood veneers used in the furnishing of this first model is natural teak, the first message of how classic and nautical tradition can be com- bined with modernity. The inserts that cover the vertical elements and create a continuum in all living spaces are in natural leather. We chose to play with the shades of beige and white for the fabrics, with some nuances for the seats and sofas, thus diversifying the two living areas: that of the lighter living area, that of the TV, a darker gradation, to give to this place of relaxation greater intimacy.

Even the objects are cured, always in the classicism philosophy in a modern key. The half-hull model, as well as the design lamp from Flos are combined in harmony with a contemporary work.
The teak floor, with dark wengé staves, slides longitudinally from stern to bow, stylistically binding all environments. The aft area, organized with the captain's cabin, communicating with the kitchen area, is completely independent in order to guarantee considerable privacy for the owner and his guests. The bow is a dedicated area to the master cabin, large and elegant with a master bathroom complete with shower and sauna all covered in teak and with a study where you can retreat in absolute tranquillity, and to the guest area consisting of a cabin with double bed and large wardrobes and a dedicated bathroom.
